Childcare Options in Boston
As you plan your trip to the Meeting, we know that the logistics of childcare are important, whether that includes making arrangements for help at home while away or bringing the family with you. Here are some options to consider as you make your plans. In addition, we also suggest calling your hotel after you’ve made your reservation to see if they have any suggestions.

Meeting Age Policy
The Meeting has an age policy that requires that only those age 18 and older enter session rooms or the Exhibits and Food Service Room due to the sensitivity of presentations and for the courtesy of other attendees. Please keep these age requirements in mind when planning your trip.
