Registration Changes and Cancellations
Registration Cancellation Deadline: Monday, July 10, 2017, at 11:59 PM (EDT)
- Registration Cancellation Fee: $50
- Refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
- Foundation donations, membership dues, and paper processing fees are nonrefundable.
- To retain the Best of ASCO Videos and Slides, visit the ASCO University bookstore.
- No refunds or cancellations received after the Monday, July 10, 2017, deadline
Registration substitutions must be submitted by email by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations
Changes and Cancellations: Until Wednesday, July 5, 2017 changes or cancellations can be made online. Changes and cancellations cannot be made Thursday, July 6, 2017. Beginning Friday, July 7, 2017, contact the hotel directly to make a change or cancel a reservation.
FINAL Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline: 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee equal to daily room rate plus tax if you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
