Registration Changes and Cancellations
Registration Cancellation Deadline: Monday, July 30, 2018, at 11:59 PM (EDT)
- Registration Cancellation Fee: $50
- Refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
- Foundation donations, membership dues, and paper processing fees are nonrefundable.
- To retain the Best of ASCO Videos and Slides, visit the ASCO University bookstore.
- No refunds or cancellations received after the Monday, July 30, 2018, deadline
Registration substitutions must be submitted by email by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations
- Through Wednesday, July 18, 2018: Changes or cancellations can be made online.
- Thursday, July 19, 2018: Changes and cancellations cannot be made.
- Beginning Friday, July 20, 2018: Contact the hotel directly to change or cancel a reservation.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline
- 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Cancelling your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the daily room rate plus tax.
