Registration Changes and Cancellations

Submit registration changes or cancellations

Registration Cancellation Deadline: Monday, July 30, 2018, at 11:59 PM (EDT)                      

  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $50
  • Refunds will be processed after the Meeting.
  • Foundation donations, membership dues, and paper processing fees are nonrefundable.
  • To retain the Best of ASCO Videos and Slides, visit the ASCO University bookstore.
  • No refunds or cancellations received after the Monday, July 30, 2018, deadline

Registration substitutions must be submitted by email by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee. 

Hotel Changes and Cancellations

Hotel reservations, changes, or cancellations are no longer being accepted online.  
 
Changing or canceling an existing reservation? Contact the hotel directly at the phone number listed below. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. 
 
Need to make a reservation? The following hotel might have availability; contact the hotel directly to inquire about available rooms. Discounted Symposium rates subject to availability.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline

  • 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancelling your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the daily room rate plus tax.
